Do your lease and free machine plans include free servicing?


Most definitely.
While the machine we use are extremely reliable however in the event that a machine breaks down or function in a less than optimal or satisfactory manner, we will first consult with the customer to make sure the isue isn't something simple that can be solved over the phone so as to keep any downtime to a minimum.
Then, if the issue cannot be resolved we will either send a technician onsite to service the machine or send out a replacement machine usually depending on which approach will sort out the issue the quickest for the customer. Either way, it at no cost to the customer.




Are there any guarantees on your coffee machines?


If you have purchased a machine, please check your purchase information for warranty information. The minimum warranty period is 12 months - some of our manufacturers offer 24 months.
If you have leased a machine from us then all service/repair costs are covered by the terms of your lease agreement. Please check your copy of the agreement or contact us for more information.




How can I get the free coffee machine offer?

Do I have to purchase the minimum amount of coffee per week?


No, not at all. With our standard free machine offer, you will receive 1 weeks free rental in order period for each 1 kg bag of coffee you purchase, however if you don't need a kilogram for each week, just order what you need and you will only pay rent for he weeks you didn't order coffee for.
For example: If you order 3kg for a 4 week ordering period you pay for the 3kg of coffee plus 1 week's rent. That way you either pay for rent or coffee, not both.




How long will it take to receive my order?


Orders are dispatched in time to reach the customer for the start of the billing month. However, if you require your monthly order sooner, just let us know and we will send it out with the next available courier




Do I need to commit to any length of time?


While some plans do have a minimum commitment (generally 12 months), we also have plans that require no minimum commitment period.




Do you offer a trial period?


Depending on your location and desired machine type, often we can offer you a no obligation trial period. If you would like to know what trial options may be available to you, please call 1300 12 02 62 or contact us to find out more.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex only), Direct Debit and EFT to approved customers.
We will also be offering Paypal very soon.




Can I submit my order online or view my order history?


While we don't currently have this functionality, we are working hard behind the scenes at this very moment to offer an online customer facility that will allow users to:

  • Submit and track their orders online
  • Download copies of invoices and account statements
  • Track ordering history
  • Submit and track support requests
  • Pay their account with Paypal and Credit Card
  • and much, much more...
